With years of success and experience as an athlete, coach, and personal trainer in San Diego, Keith is capable of analyzing your body and creating a fitness plan that will help you reach your goals.
As a collegiate Track and Field athlete, Keith found his passion for fitness while training with Olympians and competing for multiple NCAA championships. After completing his Masters degree in London, Keith returned home to San Diego to gain certifications in personal training and strength coaching. Keith currently enjoys his career as a community college professor, and high school coach.
