As a collegiate sprinter, Keith found his passion for fitness while training with Olympians and competing at multiple NCAA championships. After completing his Masters degree in London, Keith returned home to San Diego to gain multiple certifications in personal training from PTA Global and the National Council of Strength and Fitness (NCSF). Keith currently enjoys his career as a community college professor, and high school coach.
